Use of CrewCase

CrewCase is provided as attendance documentation software for hourly-team operators. Customers are responsible for using the service in compliance with workplace policies, employment laws, and internal HR procedures.

Customer Data

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis for the information they enter into CrewCase. CrewCase is a documentation tool and does not provide legal or HR advice.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, pilot terms, onboarding details, and billing terms may be agreed separately with each customer.

Availability

We work to keep CrewCase reliable, but the service may change, improve, or experience interruptions as the product develops.
